What is required to secure your services?

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of invoice amount is due in order to secure products and services dates.

Do you offer payment plan options?

We are able to provide quarterly and monthly payment plans for up to 3 years in advance.

How far in advance should I start Planning?

Depending on what is being planned for will determine how far in advance! General timelines for products is 2 months in advance while services can be 6 months - 1 year in advance.

Can your services be customized?

We have custom packages available to accommodate any and all desires. Our package items cannot be customized or substituted only removed and added to.

Is Travel Insurance Required in order to book?

Although it is not required it is highly recommended especially with unpredictability of social and environmental climate. A waiver is required to sign in order to opt-out of travel insurance to ensure the client understanding.

What is the largest party size that can book for travel?

There is not limit to how many people can be booked with TLN. Certain modes of transportation are consider large parties after 10 however we confidently book 25+ guests in a reservation.

What is the General Cancellation Policy?

(a) Should it become necessary for Client to terminate this Agreement, and the event date is greater than thirty (60) days, TLN shall be entitled to retain any and all expenditures to date and may be refunded up 100% less deposit of all payments received.

(b) If Agreement is terminated within thirty (30) days of the event, TLN shall be entitled to retain 50% of payments received and seek any additional expenditures to date.
